What's included in each service type?
Every service has a detailed scope — Regular covers maintenance cleaning, Deep adds skirting boards, doors and detailed bathroom work, and End-of-Lease includes oven, rangehood and interior windows for bond-back compliance. Your quote email will spell out exactly what's included.
Do I need to pay upfront?
A small deposit secures your booking slot. The remaining balance is due on the day of service, once the clean is complete and you're happy with the result.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel or reschedule 24+ hours in advance at no cost. One complimentary reschedule is included. Cancellations under 24 hours may forfeit the deposit — full details are in the T&Cs on the quote form.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry full public liability insurance and every team member is background-checked and professionally trained.
What if my property needs extra work?
Heavily soiled or neglected properties may need more time or a slightly adjusted price. If that's the case, we'll always discuss it with you before any work starts — never a surprise on the invoice.
Do you work weekends?
Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm are our standard hours. Saturday bookings are available on request. Sundays are our day off.
