Do I need to prepare anything for the call?
Just have your quote email handy. We'll run through the details together and finalise anything that needs confirming — access, parking, any extras you're thinking about.
Is the call really only 15 minutes?
Yes. We keep it focused — review the quote, answer your questions, and lock in the date. If you've got extra questions, we'll always make time, but 15 minutes is usually plenty.
Will I be pressured to book?
Not at all. The call is here to give you clarity, not pressure. If the timing or scope isn't right, we'll happily reschedule or revise — no commitment required.
Phone call or video?
Whatever works for you. Most clients prefer a quick phone call, but we're happy to do a Google Meet or Zoom if you'd rather see a face.
What if I need to reschedule?
No problem. You'll get a confirmation email with a link to reschedule or cancel anytime — we only ask for a bit of notice so we can offer the slot to someone else.
What happens after the call?
We'll send a quick summary email with your confirmed booking details and a secure link to pay your deposit. After that, you're locked in — and we'll see you on the day.
